Return Process

  Log in to your Alkaram account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange items will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
